Coronavirus contingency planning

Article

As the Coronavirus situation develops and social-distancing measures become more stringent, we want to reassure our customers that AMS are doing all that we can to ensure the well-being of our staff and customers and to minimise any disruption that may be caused.

  •  We have set up a working group to monitor the situation and to advise our staff, customers and suppliers of our policies and working arrangements as the situation evolves.
  • Wherever possible we are choosing to use teleconferencing and video conferencing tools rather than face-to-face meetings.  AMS are ready and willing to meet with our customers in this way as and when necessary.
  • To mitigate the risk of staff having to self-isolate, AMS have put in place IT solutions to enable home working and to facilitate effective communication with project teams.

Whilst travel and / or visitor restrictions may impact our ability to deliver site-based works, AMS remain fully able to support any C&I Engineering and Build phases of work that may be necessary, either on current or potential future projects.

If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
