Developing Future Talent

As part of our ongoing commitment to personal development and growth, our Operations Director & Engineering Manager attended the Careers & Apprenticeship Job Fair at Junction 24, showcasing the opportunities available within our organisation. The event, held during National Apprenticeship Week, provided an excellent platform to highlight the importance of developing future talent and supporting the next generation of professionals. 

Throughout the day, our team engaged with a wide range of attendees, offering insight into career pathways and the benefits of apprenticeships within the nuclear sector. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with individuals at the start of their careers and to demonstrate how AMS Nuclear supports learning, progression and long-term development.
